  • 6. Arsellzo.com’s Replacement Guarantee:
  • Buyers may request replacements for defective products within the return policy period. Exclusions include misuse, damage, or non-compliance with warranty. Clothing and footwear have a 30-day exchange policy. False claims may result in suspension.

  • Consent for Personal Information Processing:
  • I provide consent for the processing, transfer, and retention of my personal information by the retailer and other entities managing the exchange program. This is for validating the provided information and program administration purposes.
  • Device Retrieval Acknowledgment:
  • I understand that once the device is sent to Arsellzo.com, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Simultaneous Exchange Process:
  • I acknowledge that the new device delivery and old device pickup will occur simultaneously, and I will have the old device ready for exchange.
  • Non-Acceptance of Certain Products:
  • Products distributed as gifts from state-sponsored or NGO-funded programs are not eligible for exchange offers.
  • Arsellzo.com Video Terms of Service:

  • Service Termination:

Profanity Policy

At Arsellzo.com, we foster a community of respect and courtesy. We strictly prohibit the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in public areas. This policy extends to text within listings, seller pages, and all other visible areas on the site. If a profanity is part of an item’s title, sellers are allowed to ‘blur’ out the bulk of the word with asterisks (e.g., s*** or f***).

Please report any violations using the appropriate channels:

  • Report offensive display names
  • Report offensive language in listings or elsewhere
  • If profanity is found in feedback or communications, follow our feedback removal policy

Disciplinary actions for policy violations may include account suspension, temporary suspension, or a formal warning. Arsellzo.com will carefully consider the circumstances and trading records before taking action.

Violations may result in:

  • Limits on account privileges
  • Loss of special status
  • Account suspension

Arsellzo.com reserves the right to delete product reviews containing offensive language or those that unfairly impact a product’s reputation. Additionally, we may blacklist users from posting further reviews at our discretion.

Replacement Guarantee

Our Replacement Guarantee is designed to assist buyers who have been defrauded by qualified sellers on our platform. If, within the specified days from delivery, a defect is found, the buyer can request a replacement.

Arsellzo.com may suspend, block, or disqualify users suspected of providing false information. We reserve the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against users filing invalid or false claims.

Returns Policy

A ‘Return’ is defined as the action of returning an item purchased on Arsellzo.com. Situations leading to returns include defective items, shipping damage, missing products, or wrong items sent by the seller.

Points to note:

  • Sellers can accept returns regardless of policy
  • If a seller disagrees with a return request, buyers can file a dispute under the Buyer Protection Program
  • Buyers must review listings before purchase; no return/refund for wrong orders

Buyers need to initiate a return within the applicable period, and sellers can:

  • Replace after shipment collection
  • Refund after shipment collection
  • Refund without shipment collection
  • Replace without shipment collection

On special days like ‘The Big Billion Day,’ separate policies may apply.

For products not meeting return parameters, sellers won’t be obligated to refund. The seller incurs return shipping costs.

Replacement

Replacement is the process of replacing an item due to reasons like shipping damage, defects, or wrong items. Sellers can accept returns irrespective of policy. If a return is rejected, buyers can file a dispute under the Buyer Protection Program.

If the seller accepts the replacement request, the buyer must return the product before receiving the replacement. If the seller rejects the request and doesn’t have the product, a refund is processed. All shipping and replacement charges are borne by the seller.

Disputes (Resolutions) Policy

Disputes occur when buyers and sellers disagree on a transaction. Before raising a dispute, parties should attempt resolution. Arsellzo.com’s Dispute Resolution process intervenes if issues persist.

A ‘dispute’ arises from:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item not as described
  • Damaged or seal broken
  • Part/accessory missing
  • Item not compatible
  • Seller description/specification wrong
  • Defective product
  • Product not working, and manufacturer claims invalid invoice

Buyers initiating a dispute must contact us, while sellers can write to ss@Arsellzo.com.com.

Buyer Protection Program

The Buyer Protection Program assists buyers unable to resolve issues with sellers. Buyers can file a dispute within 45 days from product delivery.

Eligibility and restrictions:

  • Only buyers who purchased on Arsellzo.com are eligible
  • Dispute must be filed within 45 days of delivery
  • Damage or loss post-delivery isn’t covered
  • Buyers should attempt resolution with sellers before filing a dispute

The program doesn’t cover fraudulent claims, chargebacks initiated by the buyer, blacklisted/blocked buyers, or buyers who reached their yearly claim limit.

Decisions by Arsellzo.com under the Buyer Protection Program are final. Arsellzo.com reserves the right to modify the program without notice.

The program doesn’t cover delayed shipments. Buyers must respond to information requests within 10 days, or the dispute auto-closes in favor of the seller.

Arsellzo.com is committed to providing a secure and fair marketplace, and these policies ensure a transparent and positive trading experience for all users.

Disputes via Chargeback

In the event of a chargeback (CB) from a payment gateway/bank, the following scenarios may arise:

  1. Item not received CB:
  • Refund will be processed according to dispute policies if the buyer hasn’t received the item.
  • Unauthorized CB:
  • Refund will be created following dispute policies if the buyer claims no involvement in the transaction.
  • Item not as described:
  • Dispute resolution will be based on the policies if the item doesn’t match the buyer’s expectations.

Additionally, sellers must issue correct and complete invoices, mentioning “Powered by Arsellzo.com,” or risk liability for chargebacks.

Email Abuse & Threat Policy

While private communication, including emails, is not regulated by Arsellzo.com, we urge users to maintain professionalism. However, we investigate and take action on certain types of unwanted emails that violate our policies:

  1. Threats of Bodily Harm:
  • Explicit threats of bodily harm are strictly prohibited.
  • Misuse of Arsellzo.com System:
  • Users can facilitate transactions through Arsellzo.com but any misuse will be investigated.
  • Spoof (Fake) Email:
  • Report any spoof emails through the ‘Contact Us’ tab.
  • Spam (Unsolicited Commercial Email):
  • Arsellzo.com’s spam policy applies to unsolicited commercial messages among users.
  • Offers to Buy or Sell Outside of Arsellzo.com:
  • Prohibits email offers to buy or sell listed products outside the Arsellzo.com platform.

Violations may result in actions like limits on account privileges, suspension, listing cancellation, or loss of special status.

Other Businesses

Arsellzo.com is not responsible for actions, products, or services on the platform linked to affiliates or third-party platforms. Links to third-party platforms do not imply endorsement, and Arsellzo.com disclaims any liability for their content.

Arsellzo.com Infringement Verification (FIV) – Reporting Listing Violations

For intellectual property owners reporting infringements, Arsellzo.com has an Infringement Verification process. Only the IP rights owner can report potential infringements through FIV. FIV participants enjoy benefits like rapid response, dedicated email queues, and obtaining user information.

How to Become a FIV Member:

Complete the Notice of Infringement form and email it to Arsellzo.com for verification. FIV membership benefits include prompt removal of reported listings and priority email queues.

Notice of Infringement:

Include information like IP owner details, a declaration of infringement, and an addendum with allegedly infringing listings.

A Note on Reason Codes:

When reporting, use specific reason codes like Trademark Infringement, Copyright Item Infringement, etc.
